About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a passionate individual to join our HR Operations team in Birmingham as a HR Apprentice (Fixed term contract to 30April 2025) and learn how to provide excellent HR support services to all areas of the firm and the HR team.
Within this apprenticeship you will also work towards the CIPD level 3 qualification, the Foundation Certificate in People Practice, as part of your training (to be enrolled in May 2024).
This role is for anyone with an interest in HR, even if you have no HR experience as full training will be given. You will be office based for a minimum 80% of the time until you are able to work on tasks independently. You will have one study day every week during the course.
About you:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an interest in HR to work towards the CIPD level 3 qualification.
- Can follow processes from start to finish.
- Has good IT Skills, with good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Is a team player and takes ownership of their work.
- Sees tasks through to completion.
- Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Is curious and inquisitive, looking for better ways of doing things.
- Is comfortable with digital tools, as we look to incorporate more automation into our processes without compromising on employee experience.
