This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR Assistant to join a busy Human Resources team in the healthcare industry on a temp-perm basis. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing efficient support across a range of HR functions within a busy healthcare facility based in Dartford.

Description

• Supporting HR-related queries and providing guidance to staff.
• Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview arrangements.
• Maintaining and updating employee records in accordance with GDPR.
• Assisting with payroll by providing relevant employee information, like absences and bonus schemes.
• Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
• Assisting with performance management procedures.
• Preparing reports and presentations for internal communications.

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

• CIPD level 3 qualified
• Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
