Our client is currently seeking a HR Assistant to support their team on a full-time basis, the right candidate would have previously experience within HR either as an officer or administrator. The successful candidate will be reporting to the HR director and supporting all general day to day HR admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with monthly payroll run.
- Assist with staff on-boarding, i.e. sending contracts, checking over right to work documents
- Assist the HR director with staff training including updating/implementing training guides
- Process holiday and sick leave for employees.
- Assist the HR Director in general day-to-day HR operations.
- Regularly update and maintain employee files, keeping records current and accurate.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Similar experience within a previous role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
