HR Assistant
Central Bristol
Full time, 35 hours per week
Our successful client has an opportunity for a full time, permanent HR Assistant to join the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to start your HR career, working as part of a small and friendly HR team who will nurture and support you. This role will suit you if you have recently finished education and are keen to begin your HR career.
If you have an eye for detail, enjoy data driven work and will enjoy spotting trends, reporting on these to management as well as building strong relationships internally and externally then this could be your ideal role.
You will be liaising regularly with a network of agencies and enjoy being a go-to person for day to day HR information.
This is an office based role, with a salary circa £25,000 per annum!
We need a confident communicator with exceptional organisational ability.
Key duties will include:
- Coordinating recruitment admin, acting as agency liaison for all roles across the organisation
- Preparation and issue of new starter paperwork, candidate screening and vetting, assisting with coordination of onboarding and induction
- Processing employee admin
- Supporting with recruitment, responsible for the administration for sign off requests, taking care of candidate tracking
- Acting as the first point of contact for agencies and hiring managers for recruitment related activity
- Attending briefing calls for new vacancies, and supporting hiring managers with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Payroll administration support
