As HR Assistant you will assist the HR Manager in the smooth operation of administrative aspects of Human Resources. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent individual who is keen to develop their HR skill set in a superb school.
HR Assistant job summary:
- HR Assistant salary is £25,000 - £30,000.
- Provide administrative support and co-ordination of HR services.
- Work closely with the HR Officers and Head of HR to ensure a high quality, professional, friendly, and efficient HR service is delivered in line with the needs of the school.
- HR related responsibilities include recruitment, payroll processing, attendance management and maintenance of staff personnel data.
- Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
HR Assistant requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or above.
- Experience of working in a busy HR role. School experience is a bonus.
- Experience of using Ciphr HR & SIMS desirable.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
- Well natured, resilient, and enthusiastic.
