They are recommended External Tax Advisers under the Amazon Global Selling Programme and assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers, eBay, Shopify and many other platforms.

The main responsibilities for the HR Assistant role are:
Human Resources:
- Collaborate with the Group Senior HR Advisor on employee relations matters and diverse HR projects.
- Provide comprehensive advice to employees and managers on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Lead HR team efforts in addressing general employee inquiries, managing on boarding processes, and overseeing changes in employee status and leaves.
- Liaise with payroll in Finance to ensure seamless integration of HR changes into payroll reports with a robust audit trail.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as health care and pension providers, ensuring benefits administration and legal compliance.
- Maintain meticulous file management, ensuring accurate documentation storage on PeopleHR.
- Drive the collection and analysis of HR metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations on metrics like absence and turnover rates.
- Safeguard confidentiality and uphold Data Protection standards while updating internal HR systems.
Learning and Development:
- Update training records on PeopleHR for new and existing staff, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date training records for all employees.
- Assist in gathering feedback and data from learning initiatives across the organisation, supporting future training planning in collaboration with the L&D Specialist.
- Contribute to the creation of eLearning materials to facilitate learning across different departments within the group.
- Support the Systems and Training Manager in uploading new courses and creating pathways for employee upskilling and reskilling.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and career development group-wide, encouraging eLearning completion and professional growth.
Profile
The successful candidate for the HR Assistant role is someone with the following:
- CIPD qualification, preferably to level 3 or 5.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Previous experience in administration or data entry.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills.
