Interim HR Assistant - Lincoln - £24000 to £26000 DOE and qualifications. Possible permanent job

A charitable organisation - are looking for an Interim HR Assistant to assist due to a leaver - until they fill the role on a permanent basis (you can apply for this role)
Your new role
You will join the HR team as part of the national HR provision - based at the head office in Lincoln - 4 days on site with the option to work 1 day a week from home - but with flexible working hours.
This is a busy role, reporting to the HR Manager providing a comprehensive HR / Employee Lifecycle administrative support.
Key duties include:
- New starter/leaver paperwork
- HR system updates
- Allocating training - for new starters and existing staff (updates)
- DBS and compliance work
- Dealing with HR queries via the HRInbox.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in an HR or Recruitment administration.
Competent systems and IT skills
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £25000 to £26000.
There is a possibility that this role may become permanent.
This is a full time Monday to Friday role - 40 hours a week ( flexible hours) - with a possibility of 1 day a week working from home.
Weekly pay via timesheets and accrued holiday.
