What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting planning, deployment and review of the HR agenda, including: best practice within policies, processes, governance and supporting tools to the business
- Supporting strategic projects to deliver enhanced business performance
- Supporting the delivery of end-to-end services (including services provided by People Services and external third parties)
- Developing effective and positive relationships with the function and other stakeholders within the business and projects as required
- Supporting the ability of the business to operate effectively through the timely and efficient development of processes and guidance
- Working subject to standard procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Be an effective communicator and have experience working in a team
- Have a proactive approach to communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- An awareness of HR processes with developing business awareness
- Skilled in the use of standard Microsoft packages
- Take responsibility for own continued professional development
Desirable
- CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of supporting projects, working within a project team or Project Management skills

The HR People Facing team:
As an HR Associate working within the functional HR and Projects team, you will have the opportunity to work in a business and projects facing role. You will work with a range of different stakeholders, at different
levels and across different programmes. You will gain great exposure of our people and business strategies.
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects and provide specialist support throughout the business, sharing your knowledge and best practice along the way.
This role will offer you the ability to grow your career and provides a great platform to gain experience across a multitude of projects.
