Are you a Business Analyst looking to take on HR projects with a variety of responsibilities for a Global Supply Chain company?
In this HR Business Analyst role you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities within this HR programme, with a focus on customer and employee journeys within ServiceNow. You would be working on the global process design to streamline processes and utilise ServiceNow experience to hit the ground running.
Ideally you would have experience in:

• ServiceNow
• HR/Recruitment/HR Services projects
• Process Mapping
• User Journey Mapping
• Identifying Change needs/impacts
• Create test scripts following user journeys

The successful HR Business Analyst candidate will demonstrate experience in working on multiple HR projects and have high level expertise in business analysis principles and processes. Experience in ServiceNow is highly desired.
This HR Business Analyst role will require x1 weekly trip to Northampton. The role is a 6 month inside IR35 contract position paying circa £500/day.
