Job description
Looking for an experienced Senior HR Adviser for a permanent opportunity. Reporting into one of the HR Business Partners you will be supporting your directorate providing advice and guidance to managers on all Employee Relations cases. You will build strong relationships with line managers provide coaching and support on all HR matters. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have extensive experience dealing with Employee Relations cases. This role offers lots of flexibility with the opportunity to work from home 4 days per week.
