My client is looking to recruit a HR Business Information & HESA Manager. This is initially a 2 year fixed term contract opportunity working 35 hours per week.
They offer a flexible working approach with 2 days working in their office within the city with the rest of the week working remotely.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team in this newly created role.
To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience of working on HESA reporting obligations. You will also be confident in reporting HESA returns including reviewing & establishing protocols and documentation.
£46,050 - £51,530 per annum including Inner London Weighting, depending on experience
Role
- To develop systems for the collection and organisation of data and to produce statutory reports, including the staff HESA return.
- Ensuring the HESA return delivers long term improvements to the national profile.
- Effective use of HR System to support the HR departments. objectives and the needs of clients from and to meet its statutory and legislative obligations.
- Provide support, information and advice to the Head of HR working closely with the wider HR Team.
- Working in collaboration with different departments to ensure meaningful data reports are produced.
- Support with HR Projects and be a key support contributor, with the implementation of HR systems.
- Produce timely, accurate data for the HESA Return
- Carry out analysis, reporting and other business support activities that contribute to the achievement of HR departmental priorities
- Contribute to the development of a strong data and evidence led approach to decision making by providing robust and insightful data on agreed performance indicators.
- Help to standardise the use of metrics and analytics across the HR department.
- Produce data reports from the HR System to provide HR information and analysis for both the purposes of statutory future reporting and decision making.
- Ensuring its Staff HESA reporting obligations by providing high standards in processing and reporting
- Liaise with the Systems and Management Information team.
- Ensure HESA compliance to ensure the data quality of the HESA return is maintained.
- Work with a number of different departments as needed to ensure accurate and auditable Staff HESA records are submitted in line with the HESA guidance.
