Oakleaf are partnered with a leading consultancy to assist them in their search for a permanent HR Business Partner based out of their Kent office. The role will suport the HR Director and work closely with Regional MDs to build a high performing and highly capable team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop an understanding of business requirements and incorporate these into the guidance offered to Business Leaders.
- Plan workforce requirements and work with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent
- Manage own employee relations cases
- Conducting exit interviews for key leavers and providing analysis of leaver data.
Requirements:
- Up to date knowledge of statutory regulations within HR.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
- Five years experience at HR Business Partner or HR Manager level
- Demonstrable experience in HR project management and change management skills
