Our client is a large organisation and the successful applicant will have full access to apply for internal roles within this sought after employer.
The role will be a true Business Partnering role whereby you'll be expected to create relationships with key stakeholders across the business, supporting them to create, manage and develop high performing teams that are aligned with business strategy and engaged with the organisations eager expectations.
To be considered, all applicants must possess the following:
• CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent
• An experienced HR professional capable of advising senior leadership on complex HR matter
• Commercial understanding & experience.
• Recruitment experience; from attraction to selection & succession planning.
• Good understanding experience of standard HR KPIs, trending etc.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Project management, change management & OD experience.
• Understanding of how to drive Employee Engagement.
