Are you seeking a HR Business Partner role?
 
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a client, based in London (North West) as they look to recruit for a HR Business Partner.
 
·Term - Full time/ permanent basis.
·Salary - starting salary up to £48k per annum
·Working pattern - 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.
 
The HRBP role:
 
We are looking for someone who is ready to step into a truly operational and generalist HR Business Partner role. The HRBP will work collaboratively with the Director of HR focusing on the full HR lifecycle including:
·Recruitment
·Employee data management
·Employee Relations
·Policy reviews
·Staff training
·New starters
·Payroll administration etc.

What we are looking for:
 
·Proven experience working at Senior HR Advisor level or above.
·Experience dealing with simple to complex ER Cases
·Experience of Implementing HR polices
·Appropriate HR qualification/experience - CIPD L5 or above, preferred
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
·Adopt a flexible, approachable and empathetic approach to HR.
·Knowledge of UK Employment Legislation
