We are delighted to be working with a wonderful youth related charity to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner, you will join the team on a 13 month contract managing a designated business area.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers, providing HR expertise and guidance relating to employee relations and people policies. Using data and evidence, you will drive decision-making across the organisation’s teams and promote a positive culture throughout. You will have a diplomatic and caring approach with the ability to lead and coach line managers in a range of topics.
This role is home based with monthly travel to the charity’s head office.
To be an excellent HR Business Partner, you will need:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of managing Employee Relations
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000
Contract: Full time FTC 13 months
