Seeking a commercial HR Business Partner to support the Sales / Commercial division of a global tech organisation that is undergoing extensive change and transformation and is an incredibly exciting and challenging environment for a senior HR professional looking to make an impact.
Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business to drive out the HR initiatives. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including transformation, talent management, succession and development and leadership and working with C-Suite stakeholders to deliver critical people plans aligned to the business agenda in the context of the transformation. Experience of M&A would also be advantageous.
Core skills and experience:
- Extensive experience working as an HR Business Partner within a fast paced global matrix organisation preferably within the technology sector with experience of supporting Sales and Commercial functions
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and business leaders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly
- Broad experience in all aspects of the people agenda supporting client groups on a global basis
- Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment undergoing change
- Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
- High level influencing and communication skills
