I am working with an exciting hotel group who are looking for a super star HR BP to join their team asap.
A little insight to what the client is looking for:
You will be reporting to the Group HR Manager, the Group Regional HR Business Partner - Northern Europe and will deliver on the people strategy for the Hotels within that region (Düsseldorf, Amsterdam currently with a view that more Hotels will be purchased/ acquired in the coming years) offering direction and support to the HR Managers and General Managers in those hotels.
This role will ensure the successful delivery of the hotels in pipeline from a People, HR and training perspective.

About the Role
- Embed and Enhance the hotel Culture across the properties within the region by ensuring their people strategy is fully integrated into the hotels.
- Provide strategic and operational support to management teams within the designated region.
- Ensure effective implementation of key HR initiatives by applying strong project management to enhance the HR offering across the spectrum of people processes and practices.
- Coach, Support and Train the HR Managers within the region, providing a strong induction to new HR Managers.
- Support Group HR with the expansion of the group across the region.
- Contribute to the Group agenda by being involved in projects, initiatives, research, especially with reviewing the regions offering to ensure the Hotel Group is a leading employer.
- Champion the people agenda working in conjunction with HR Managers and GMs across the portfolio.
- Assist the Group ER Manager with employee relations matters as required to ensure that risk is managed.
- Ensure strong compliance in your region to mitigate risk, to include GDPR.
- Deliver a strong pipeline of senior management within your region to support the groups’ growth plans.
- Increase awareness of the employer brand through initiatives in order to grow the brand awareness within the region through collaboration with Group Talent and L&D.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Attitude Required for the Role:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a senior HR role, multi-site experience is preferable.
- The candidate will be a strong team player with excellent influencing skills.
- He/she should have the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.
- He/she should have the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead out in the delivery of HR projects/initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities and a proven track record of working with HR systems e.g.
HRIS, ATS, LMS etc - Willing and flexible to travel to sites across your region and within the group
- Fluent English is essential (German and Dutch are desired).
