Role: HR Change Advisor (24 month FTC)
Location: South East England
Model: hybrid (approx. 3x per week onsite)
Salary: up to GBP42,798
2x HR Change Advisor opportunities have arisen within a leading University in the South East of England, who are initiating significant change across the institution. Reporting to the HR Change Partner, you will be supporting the delivery of effective change programmes, providing high quality HR advice and guidance, supporting on the preparation of business cases, research/analysis of workforce data and supporting on consultation processes.
Responsibilities/Criteria:
- Employment law understanding/experience
- Proven experience supporting HR change programmes and initiatives, inc. redundancies
- HE experience preferred, but not essential
