A global financial services business currently require an experienced Change & Technical Training specialist to join their newly formed global Project team.
This assignment offers a chance to contribute significantly to the evolution of HR practices, ensuring a legacy of improved operations and strategic change management.
This 9 month assignment will support the Global HR Operating Model Transformation as part of the Change Management & Communications workstream. This role involves close collaboration with the Global Change & Communications Lead and 2 Analysts in London. You will play a crucial part in providing change management and Technical Training support across multifaceted workstreams. These include:
- Self-Service & Automation
- Target Operating Model & Organisational Design
- Offshoring & Outsourcing.
This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and tackling change management and training requirements. This includes the development and implementation of intuitive training programmes, designing and delivering both face-to-face and virtual training workshops, creating engaging learning materials, and managing training administration within the Learning Management System (LMS).
You will have experience in large-scale global transformation, Technical Training design and delivery, HR and Workday expertise. The ability to assess the impact of change training and drive technology solutions for team efficiency is also essential.
- Coordinating and supporting the execution of change management activities, by developing and implementing user-friendly training programs to facilitate change management.
- Design and delivery of training to help HR and business stakeholders understand and adapt to key changes.
- Conducting informal and formal training needs analyses to identify most appropriate content and channels to deliver.
- Designing and delivering Technical Training workshops globally
- Designing appropriate sessions, using Articulate, to add to the LMS.
- Creating and editing videos, user guides, or other collateral to support change activity.
- Managing training administration in LMS
- Assessing the impact of change training on key stakeholders and tracking and monitoring performance
- Driving the use of all available technology solutions to increase the efficiency and collaboration of the team
- Additional responsibilities may arise from a change management training perspective
