Job description

Exciting opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to join our forward thinking HR team.
We're bold, ambitious and proud to admit it and now is a great time to join Beyond Housing. As a HR Co-ordinator you will work with a small team of administrators to deliver a quality HR service to our colleagues.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in coordinating HR administrative work in a busy environment. An eye for detail and an obsession for processes, will be key, this role will identify opportunity to streamline and automate processes to improve the services delivered. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and assuring the quality of the transactional activity across the HR including contract changes, absence information and DBS renewals.
Within the role you will work with a range of systems including Dynamic (our LMS), Power BI and Civica (HRIS), we are looking for someone who is experienced and confident in using systems. You will need experience in data analysis and interpreting HR data will be an integral part of the role.
We are looking for the right person to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role is a hybrid role, you will work from either or the offices and have the opportunity to have some days at home.
The HR team is proud to be central to the development of a new future-thinking culture that will enable us to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our workforce is based across the Redcar/Eston and Scarborough/Whitby localities. You will have a main base at either Redcar or Scarborough.
Internal candidates must discuss a secondment with their line manager before applying for this role.
Please note we have also agreed our pay award for 2024/25 at 5%, which will be applied to our salaries from 1 April 2024.
