This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a wealth of HR experience who can provide high-level consultancy services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping HR strategies, driving change, and delivering best practice across the organisation.

- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice on a range of HR matters including organisational design, change management, talent development, and leadership coaching.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR policies.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance management capabilities.
- Advise on complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Drive the development and integration of HR technology systems to improve efficiency.
The successful HR Consultant will have...
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and its application in a business context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and delivering HR projects.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
