We're looking to expand our HR team and open to suggestions on the level that we recruit - you could be an HR Advisor, Consultant or Manager level. Responsibilities
You will deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business and clients. You will be integrated in to the clients business and at some point you should expect to cover:
- Employee Relations: advising on and managing absence, redundancy, disciplinary, grievances, sickness cases.
- Coaching managers on successful performance management.
- Developing and implementing people plans.
- Ensuring people policies and procedures are comprehensive, company relevant, up to date, communicated and reinforced.
- Planning and sourcing training for employees.
- Reward interventions; for example benchmarking, designing organisation structures, benefits identification and management.
- Preparing insightful people metrics.
- Overseeing the delivery of highly accurate, timely administrative support.
- Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding during busy periods.
- Promoting a positive culture.
About you
- CIPD qualified, minimum level 5.
- Capable of working independently
- Excellent at written and spoken English.
- Confident in your knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experienced in dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with exposure to HR Information system.
- Commercially focused.
- Brilliant at building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised, and with very strong time-management skills.
- Resilient, flexible, able to balance competing demands on your time.
- Able to provide excellent levels of customer service.
- Proactive, polished, professional, positive.
