Full Time Contract ( 1-2 months )

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Consultant in Rotherham. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. Mostly remote working is offered, with 1 day a week working on-site.

The job:

• Deliver a professional advice and consultancy service that meets strategic objectives and positively influences the employee's experience
• Assess all cases before determining the appropriate route for resolution, e.g., via discussion, mediation, or facilitated conversation
• Carry out job evaluation in accordance with the relevant job evaluation scheme and local conventions
• Proactively manage all assigned cases, e.g., resolution (grievance, bullying & harassment), disciplinary, capability, sickness

The candidate:

• CIPD qualification is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector is preferred
• Experience of working within a trade union environment is essential
