Due to the recent growth and investment our HRGO Commercial Division (Doncaster Hub) is looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our family. You will be passionate about connecting with companies and providing them with a tailored recruitment solution within the Temporary Commercial sector.
No experience is needed for this role - we will give you the knowledge and tools needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Consultant:
- Identifying businesses recruiting for temporary workers within their office or contact centre via various sources and platforms
- Promoting recruitment services and win future business via LinkedIn, Email, Telephone etc.
- Booking and attending new client meetings in order to work out a recruitment strategy for them
- Being responsible for your own desk and ensuring all your clients are happy!
- Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients
- Researching and building your own client portfolio
- Working to realistic targets
