PageGroup are supporting a leading logistics organisation with a new site near Swadlincote with the exciting appointment of a HR Consultant to join a busy HR team for a 6 months Interim Contract.

Description

Reporting to a HR Business Partner, the role of HR Consultant is a varied and challenging role supporting with a wide range of HR matters at this new distribution site.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide consultative HR advice to stakeholders
• Provide case management, advice, guidance and coaching to line managers in the areas of absence management, discipline, and grievance
• Provide support for TUPE activities as and when required
• Support the initiatives and organisation of the Employee Engagement Survey
• Provide input and support for policy development as and when required
• Advise, coach and guide line managers about levels and types of reward, including base and variable pay and incentives
• Support with recruitment campaigns

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisory background within a busy, fast-paced environment.

Job Offer

Up to £40,000

Car Allowance Circa £3.5k

Hybrid working - Initially 4 days per week office working but will later be reviewed to 3 days office working per week
