* Revamping our performance review system and spearheading recruitment, partnering with agencies.
* Cultivating a thriving talent ecosystem across all levels.
* Keeping our Employee Handbook and HR protocols sharp and up-to-date.
* Overseeing the smooth operation of employee relations and performance management.
* Playing a key role in training strategies and employee development initiatives.
* Managing digital platforms for employee engagement, recognition, and leave management.
* Crafting insightful HR reports and maintaining meticulous records.
Your Professional DNA
* A solid 5+ years in the HR field, with a flair for recruitment.
* A master of current employment laws.
* Proven expertise in managing diverse HR functions.
* Exceptional communication skills, a natural at influencing and coaching.
* Car owner, open to travel across the East Midlands.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
