Hr Manager

Ashley Kate are excited to be recruiting for our well established, manufacturing client as they embark on a period of exciting growth!! The business promotes a strong people centric family feel culture, and are passionate to keep this at the forefront as the continue to grow. They seek a stand alone HR Manager, to work closely with the senior leadership team, and report into the CEO. This is a brand new role and an opportunity to make this role your own, with the autonomy to lead in key decisions during a period of exciting positive change. This role is part time split across 3 or 4 days offering £50-55k FTE.

The role:

-Working with the Directors to develop a HR strategy

-Supporting and guiding Managers and Directors with day to day HR issues and employee relations

-Reviewing, developing and implementing a wide range of new policies, procedures and processes.

-Talent management and succession planning.

-Review, develop and implement a Recruitment & Selection process.

-Lead in Change management projects focusing on the business structures, engagement & wellbeing.

-Lead in acquisition, TUPE and structure changes.

-Analysing HR Metrics and reporting.

To be considered you will be an experienced HR Manager from a blue collar background, Specifically a stand alone remit within SME. You will have experience of leading in change projects and the planning side, but you won't be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in from the ground up as this is a very hands on stand alone role. We seek someone who can build relationships, who wants to work with all levels of the business with a people focused mindset. You will be CIPD qualified.
