Job description
- Develop, implement and maintain current HR policies and procedures, in order to drive the people/business plan forward
- Work closely with Senior and Line Managers, guiding, coaching and supporting them on HR activities
- Lead on recruitment activity, covering internal and external advertising, managing agency partners and attending interviews/assessments
- Develop and maintain an effective talent pipeline process across all levels of the business
- Manage the employee relations and performance management processes, including disciplinary, grievance and/or redundancy procedures
- Support the training strategy and upskill/advise line managers regarding delivery, review and measurement
- Manage the online employee engagement and recognition platform, including usage levels
- Produce monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successes
Person specification
- 5+ years HR experience
- Current knowledge of employment law
- Proven ability to manage a full range of generalist HR processes
- Strong communications ability (written and verbal) as well as stakeholder management skills
- Car owner/driver
- IT skills and experience using MS packages.
