Role Overview:
As standalone HR Manager for the organisation, you will have full generalist HR responsibilities including:

• Lead on recruitment, advertising, managing agency relationships and interviewing
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the business plan
• Work closely with line managers and help with advice on people matters
• Travel to other local sites if necessary

Ideal Experience:

• Generalist HR experience in a standalone role
• Current knowledge of employment law and applications
• Hands on recruitment experience
• Car owner/driver
