Elevation HR are currently working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a HR Manager for a professional services client based in Chesterfield.
You will be given full autonomy working within this business therefore the right candidate will need to be a confident and enthusiastic HR Professional. This standalone, fully generalist role will be reporting directly into the Chief Operations Officer and operate as the first point of contact for multi-site employees across North Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire and will involve some travel to these sites. As a HR manager your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on Employee Relation cases including sickness and absence management, investigation meetings and disciplinaries
- Developing, implementing and maintaining current HR policies and procedures, in order to drive the people/business plan forward
- Leading on recruitment for across the business including advertising, interview, assessments and liaising with external agencies
- Managing the design, development and delivery of strategic projects and change management initiatives
- Produce monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successes
- Developing and rolling out a brand new HRIS
