- Develop, write, and update HR content for the company's various platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure content aligns with company objectives and policies.
- Ensure all content is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
- Use analytics to evaluate the success of content and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for content creation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
- Keep informed of industry trends and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'HR Content Author' should have:· HR/ER/employment law knowledge.
· Articulate, confident communicator who possess a high level of oral and written English.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to manage own time effectively.
· Ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
· Excellent planning and organisation skills.
