Job description

This role is for a HR Content Author who will be responsible for writing and creating HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have high employment law knowledge, ability to understand and analyse client HR needs and implement detailed SOPS.

  • Develop, write, and update HR content for the company's various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure content aligns with company objectives and policies.

  • Use analytics to evaluate the success of content and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for content creation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and best practices.

Profile

A successful 'HR Content Author' should have:

HR/ER/employment law knowledge.

Articulate, confident communicator who possess a high level of oral and written English.

Ability to manage own time effectively.

Excellent planning and organisation skills.
