HR Coordinator required for this urgently 10 month contract located in Haverhill.
Hours: Full time
Working on site 5 days a week
Salary: Up to 30,000pa pro rata
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a busy HR department. You will assist in the execution of HR programmes and processes that are aligned with the HR policies of the organisation.
Duties:
- Work in close collaboration with the shared service centre and payroll department to ensure accurate employee data records are maintained
- Produce reports for the HR team
- Contribute towards the implementation of HR and business initiatives
- Supporting with HR admin
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding processes
- Support and advise managers on employee relations enquiries
Your skills/experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous HR experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Can do approach to tasks and challenges.
