Hr Coordinator

HR Coordinator required for this urgently 10 month contract located in Haverhill.
Hours: Full time
Working on site 5 days a week
Salary: Up to £30,000pa pro rata
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a busy HR department.  You will assist in the execution of HR programmes and processes that are aligned with the HR policies of the organisation.
Duties:

• Work in close collaboration with the shared service centre and payroll department to ensure accurate employee data records are maintained
• Produce reports for the HR team
• Contribute towards the implementation of HR and business initiatives
• Supporting with HR admin
• Support the HR team with employee onboarding processes
• Support and advise managers on employee relations enquiries

Your skills/experience:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous HR experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Can do approach to tasks and challenges.
