Form of workRobert Half Cambridge is recruiting for an Interim HR Coordinator to join one of our clients based near Haverhill.
This role requires someone who can start immediately and commit on an ongoing basis until the end of 2024.
This role will initially be office based with scope for hybrid working at a later date.
For this role our client is looking to pay in the region of £15.00 per hour.
Main Duties:
- Provide support to the HR team
- Assist on HR programs and processes
- Work with the payroll department to ensure accurate employee data/records are maintained
- Produce reports for the HR team and other stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Implementation of HR and business initiatives
- Supporting on projects and events
- Provide information and assistance to leaders regarding HR processes
- Provide support and advise to managers on employee relations enquiries
- Respond to employee enquiries
- Support with the employee onboarding process
Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Can do approach to tasks and challenges.
- Experience SAP and HRIS systems desirable not essential
- Experience in a similar role
