HR Data Assistant (12 month FTC)
Base Location: Watford

The People Operations team provide administrative and advisory support to our UK Business and through our ‘service pledge’ underpin our overall People Strategy and Vision. What will you be doing?
As a Position management specialist within recruitment operations this role will be delivering within our JOIN service line which include position management, interview arranging and onboarding, supporting service delivery from our offshore support provider EXL. you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities . You will also be responsible for managing queries and data integration into our HR systems.
The role will entail close working with other People Operations teams and liaising across the business with key stakeholders including Recruitment, Resourcing, Performance managers and Hiring managers. You will be perceived as proactive, credible and accountable. You will be required to be a team player and become a key point of contact for any client and business needs.
- You will be expected to be accountable and proactive, striving to deliver excellent customer service, operational efficiency and processes
- As a Subject Matter Expert, you will have in-depth knowledge of the position management process.
- Liaising with appropriate offshore support functions ensuring all required administrative activities are completed within our SLA.
- Take personal responsibility to adhere to our ISO standards and GDPR regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating with impact and gaining agreement through promoting and negotiating a position to the benefit of all parties.
What will you need to do it?
- An ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
- High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised customer centric environment.
- The ability to take a logical, systematic, coherent approach to issues. Thinking outside of the box and weighing up all options available to make an informed decision.
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
- The ability to influence and confidently negotiate at all levels.
- Strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good IT office proficiency, including, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. as well as SAP or equivalent HR system.
