We are looking for a new HR and Operations Executive to support our HR & Operations Director in delivering our people focused approach. This role has a wide remit that covers everything from HR administration, employee wellbeing, compliance, employee benefits, Mental Health First Aid, employee socials, train and hotel booking, facilities management and so much more. If you like variety, diversity and the opportunity to learn this is for you. Plus, we have lots of fun too.

No two days will be the same, but you'll be working with a phenomenal bunch of digital marketing experts and will be a part of an established operational team that ensures the business functions really well.

Looking after our employees is the number one function of this role and you'll know that small things can make a big difference.

We are looking for someone to join the team in a part-time capacity working Monday to Friday, maybe 4 or 5 hours per day to be available for the team, we can be flexible on hours and working patterns as long as they work for our team. Nearly 20% of our employees are already on a less than full-time contract and we have a well-established flexible working policy, we had it long before it was cool or fashionable!

What experience are we ideally looking for? Could this be you?

• HR experience, CIPD is not essential but confidence in legislation, processes and a people first approach is really advantageous
• A structured and methodical approach to work, we are process and compliance driven
• Creative, we don't have the best ideas so if you have some we are open to hearing how we can do more, be better, your previous experience in a similar role is invaluable
• A friendly approachable nature, in this role you can be handling anything and a calm approach is often what is needed
• A Mental Health First Aider qualification would be useful, but if not we are happy to train you and help you get qualified
• Proficiency in MS Office and any other software that you can utilise in the role, we have lots of systems and you'll have the opportunity to work with many in the role from Canva, to PeopleHR, and external wellbeing systems
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload
• Able to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion as required
• Eager to learn and develop new knowledge, and skills - always be learning
• Able to work well in a team environment (we are a friendly established team)
