This interim HR Business Partner role is stand alone for a site in Gainsborough, but part of a wider HR team. You will be responsible for providing a full, commercial HR service to the leadership team.

Description
The interim HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing full HR support to the site, responsibilities to include:
- Management of all HR support for the Gainsborough site.
- Co-ordination of all salary administration (e.g. Blue/white collar, exempt/non-exempt and unionised populations) including preparation of data for performance management, annual salary review, staff planning, promotions, adjustments, new joiner and leaver processes.
- Manage all HR processes e.g. Leavers, joiners, member communications, employee queries, disciplinary and grievance matters etc.
- Manage day to day interaction with Trade Union site representatives and facilitate IR/ER relationships at site level. Facilitate collective requirements e.g. annual pay negotiation process, ensure compliance with collective agreements and review regularly to ensure agreements meet the business, employee and regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activity both internally and externally; ensure appropriate internal processes are complied with, arrange and manage advertising, candidate selection and interview preparation, contract administration, HR and Payroll enrolment and induction process etc.
- Ensure HR processes are complied with at all times and maintain functional credibility, best practice and service deliverables to all customers.
- Facilitate local roll-out and implementation of corporate policies and initiatives.
Profile
To be successful as interim HR Business Partner you will need to be/have:
- A general level of education at degree/ professional level, or the equivalent level of attainment gained through professional experience.
- Human Resource qualified including membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
- Previous HR experience ideally within a unionised, manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience of working for a multi-national manufacturing company would be an advantage.
