A leading manufacturing business with an unrivalled reputation is seeking a HR Advisor to provide a comprehensive generalist HR service to a diverse workforce.
Working as part of an established HR function, the HR Advisor will act as a main point of contact for c500 employee – a mix of blue and white collar staff – providing advice and guidance incorporating all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
This is an incredibly fast paced business and there is a need to be able to work at pace, dealing with multiple issues and projects at any given time. Due to the nature of the business, an on site presence is required 5 days a week and there is no option of hybrid working.
My client is passionate about development and will support any studies that the incoming HR Advisor will seek. As such, this role will be ideal for a capable HR Advisor seeking the opportunity to develop and progress their career and knowledge base.
To be considered for this role you will be:
• A generalist HR professional having worked in the capacity of Advisor.
• Experienced in having worked within a blue collar environment.
• Happy to commit to working on site 5 days a week.
