I am currently working with a commercial property development business, based in Bristol, looking to welcome a Finance Business Partner to their team. This is a newly created role, to work alongside their Finance Director, to assist with a variety of commercial & financial tasks.
Dealing with multiple disciplines within the property, this business is looking to bolster their current 6-head team, with the idea to further gain efficiencies within their day-to-day operations. In terms of operations, this company has a sizable interest within the student accommodation market, along with outsourcing their services to other developer firms, with a reach that spans across the southern regions of England & Central London.

What they need:
- Fully/Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or AAT Level 4
- Experience dealing with Management Accountants & reconciliations within a group structure
- Clear progression mindset
- Real-estate experience (desirable)
This is an Management Accounts focused position, encompassing the commercial aspects of a Finance Business Partner role.
