We are looking for an efficient and highly self-motivated administrator who will work closely with the HR Director who has a mixture of generalist responsibilities. You will manage all administration relating to the full employment lifecycle, whilst taking ownership for specific areas of HR including learning and development, the HR database and staff events.
This role requires superb attention to detail and accuracy levels, and an appreciation of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with employee information in line with data protection.
You will also provide direct administrative support to the Finance Director with general correspondence, management reporting, plus general office duties for the wider finance team including assisting in processing supplier invoices.
What You will need:
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative role
- A passion for HR and people
- IT literate with extensive experience of using Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others at all levels
- Active listening skills, empathy and understanding
- High degree of confidentiality
- Organisational skills and a detail-oriented mentality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Initiative and self-motivation skills
- Employment law knowledge and previous experience of working in an HR setting an advantage
