Job title: HR Generalist

Salary: £35k - £40k

My client is a successful and reputable SME manufacturing organisation in Tameside and they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to come in and take full ownership of the HR Function. This is a true generalist role reporting into the FD and will also give someone the opportunity to roll out strategic projects such as, employee engagement, working policies, benefits and much more. It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for the next step and potentially looking to grow into that Management role or for an experienced Manager to come in and grow with the business.
