HR Generalist for an International Consultancy in the West End.
An international Consultancy is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join their dynamic London office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with prior HR experience who is eager to collaborate with diverse teams. Role: HR Generalist
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £60,000
Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:00
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Location: West End
Responsibilities:
- Manage all core HR areas including payroll, employee relations, L&D and recruitment
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process, including graduate recruitment
- Manage all HR admin, including onboarding, processing visas and providing guidance on HR matters
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage staff benefits, including the holiday system
- Monitor project feedbacks and employee reviews
- Schedule and manage all training and mentorship schemes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years working within Recruitment and HR
- Experience within professional services is preferred
- University graduate with a 2.1 or higher
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
