Hr Generalist

Your new companyManufacturing site in Deeside with a headcount of circa 100. Currently seeking a HR Generalist to join the people team on a FTC for up to 12 months.
Your new roleAs a member of the people team, you will provide a comprehensive HR service for the site. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the site and cover generalist HR activity whilst also acting as a mentor to the HR Administrator. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; end to end employee lifecycle, absence & performance management, coaching and advising managers, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, updating and reviewing policies.
What you will need to succeed
* Generalist HR experience
* Manufacturing experience is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive and flexible approach

* Hybrid working (1 day at home)
* Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm Friday finish at 1pm
* 25 days holiday + Bank holiday
