Housing Services Development Lead

Fixed Term Contract until 31st October 2025

Our Customer Experience directorate are now seeking a Housing Services Development Lead – someone to facilitate the development and implementation of improved systems to provide a higher quality customer experience. You will ensure critical business learning from customer feedback is embedded within our operational teams and processes, and work in close partnership with Stonewater’s project teams to deliver transformative change.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be passionate about delivering a high level of customer service and learning innovative technologies and solutions.
• Have experience of service improvement and working in collaboration with others.
• Be able to deliver feedback and empower colleagues using a range of methods.
• Have good planning and organizational skills.
• Be a self-starter, able to make the most of opportunities available.
• Be an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills.
• Be able to work to deadlines and performance targets.
• Have good numeracy and literacy skills and be proficient in IT applications.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
