We are working with a well-known charity based in West London and are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can hit the ground running in a six month fixed term contract. If you are looking for a new challenge for the new year then this could be the job for you.
You'll be joining a small and friendly team of HR professionals working from beautiful, newly refurbished offices. This role would be ideal for a candidate who likes plenty of variety! You will be involved in areas including - Recruitment and on-boarding of new staff, supporting the senior Learning & Development Officer in rolling out a new training programme, acting in an Advisory capacity for colleagues with HR related queries and working on any Employee Relations cases that may arise.
We are particularly keen to speak to candidates with a minimum of four to five years of relevant HR experience. A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be an advantage but is not essential for candidates with strong practical experience.
