Oakleaf Partnership are representing a fast-growing, dynamic financial services firm to recruit for a newly created HR Operations Generalist position.
About the role
The role is extremely varied and will deliver end to end on the employee lifecycle and provide support to the people in culture team. The role works closely with the talent, reward and business partner team.
An integral aspect of the role will be streamlining existing processes using workday leading the charge on making processes in the business seamless.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of what good process looks like and previous delivered experience in streamlining processes.
The HR Operations professional will be used to working at pace and being front facing with the business keeping clear communication throughout processes.
Workday experience would be valued and strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
