As a generalist, you will be responsible for basic HR administrative tasks and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities: Your role as a HR Generalist Apprentice will be filled with variety and meaningful contributions:
Helping with HR process administration, from onboarding new starters to managing probation periods, leavers, and monthly HR reporting
Review candidates’ CVs from the Database
Screen candidates over the phone to determine suitability for the role
Schedule in interviews with potential candidates
Building strong relationship within the HR team and hiring managers across the business
Update the HR system at all stages of a candidate’s lifecycle
Keep the candidates engaged at all stages
Assist with calendar management, HR process implementation, and stepping in when administrative support is needed.
Supporting disciplinary or investigation meetings as a note taker when required.
