We are working with a fantastic FMCG brand based in North West London who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their established and supportive team!
This role offers the chance to be a real generalist and working as part of a really successful HR team you will take responsibility for all the areas that HR supports across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
• ER casework including disciplinary and grievance cases
• Absence management and escalations
• Managing the employee lifecycle
• Deliver training initiatives across the business
• Supporting HR projects
• Be a point of contact for HR related queries
Our client is looking for someone who has HR related experience with experience in Employee relations and generalist HR tasks. You will be have a good grasp on Employment Law and be have exceptional communications skills as this role will involve working with senior stakeholders as well as all members of the workforce so really varied! If you have worked in the FMCG sector before this would be an advantage.
Due to the nature of this role and the stakeholders which you will support this role is office based which works as this is such a busy and fast paced role and you will be part of a fantastic team!
