Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in Manchester who are seeking an HR Insights Analyst to join and support the wider HR team and business on a permanent basis. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and self-service dashboards, and conduct analysis to embed a data-driven culture to ultimately improve business performance and manage risk. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
What is the role?
As an HR Insights Analyst, you will report to the HR Systems Manager and be responsible for producing reports, analysis, data and insights to enable decision making. You will produce clear and measurable KPIs, annual reporting, and deliver usable data to establish HR as a data-driven department. You will create insightful dashboards to support compliance and process management. You will support end users with training and use of business systems and work collaboratively with key stakeholders and 3rd parties.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and HR. You will have previous experience using PowerBI and Business Objects to create reports and analyse data. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to work with accuracy and to tight deadlines. You will be data-driven and have a natural desire to continuously review and improve processes. Knowledge of iTrent would also be beneficial but not essential.
